Dr. Abdullah Karaman, en su petici\u00f3n a la Presidencia del D\u00e9cimo Tribunal Administrativo de Estambul, declar\u00f3 que hab\u00eda expresado previamente sus puntos de vista sobre el Proyecto del Canal de Estambul y, por lo tanto, tuvo que retirarse de la experiencia. Profesor que dej\u00f3 la delegaci\u00f3n, el tercer nombre.
