The claim for compensation brought by the brother of former minister Berat Albayrak, Serhat Albayrak, following an interview entitled \u00ab\u00a0Battle of the pelicanists for Istanbul\u00a0\u00bb given by journalist Bar\u0131\u015f Terko\u011flu to BirG\u00fcn, was rejected. In its reasoned decision, the court emphasized that the information was timely and related to the social interest and did not constitute an infringement of human rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
