According to the principle decision numbered 1700, it is free to establish an official institution in natural and protected areas. This decision was made after the cancellation of the previous decision that prevented the construction of the Fugitive Palace in the AO\u00c7 areas, and the establishment of an official institution in the natural and protected areas. 1700. The Chamber of Architects filed a lawsuit for the stay of execution and annulment of this principle decision. When the stay of execution was refused, the case was moved to the Council of State Administrative Litigation Chambers Board.
