Yeni d\u00f6nem asgari \u00fccret ve emekli ayl\u0131klar\u0131na yap\u0131lan zamlar a\u00e7\u0131klanmakla birlikte bunlara ili\u015fkin ayr\u0131nt\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lmayan veya a\u00e7\u0131klanmaya muhta\u00e7 konular bulunmakta.https:\/\/5040e994027d6b4533c958110eaa9044.safeframe.googlesyndication.com\/safeframe\/1-0-38\/html\/container.html<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asgari \u00fccret ile emekli ayl\u0131klar\u0131na yap\u0131lan art\u0131\u015flar\u0131n birbirine paralel olmas\u0131 ve aradaki makas\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131lmamas\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma veya emeklilik hayat\u0131n\u0131n birbirine alternatif hale gelmemesi beklenen sonu\u00e7 olmakla birlikte, 2022 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in belirlenen asgari \u00fccret, 2022\/Ocak d\u00f6neminde emekli ayl\u0131klar\u0131na yap\u0131lan art\u0131\u015flar ve emekli ayl\u0131klar\u0131nda belirlenen yeni bir alt s\u0131n\u0131r ayl\u0131\u011f\u0131 uygulamas\u0131 ile bunlar\u0131n y\u0131llar itibar\u0131yla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan tablo aynen \u015f\u00f6yle:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asgari \u00dccret Tespit Komisyonu\u2019nca 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda uygulanacak br\u00fct ayl\u0131k asgari \u00fccret 5.004 TL, net ayl\u0131k asgari \u00fccret ise 4.253,40 TL olarak belirlendi. Bu tutarlar, 2021 y\u0131l\u0131 net ve br\u00fct asgari \u00fccret tutarlar\u0131 ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, net asgari \u00fccrette y\u00fczde 50.51, br\u00fct asgari \u00fccrette ise y\u00fczde 39.87 oran\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve sosyal g\u00fcvenlik sistemimizde \u00f6zellikle SSK ve Ba\u011f-Kur sigortal\u0131lar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan al\u0131nan prim ve yap\u0131lan \u00f6demeler ile yurti\u00e7i ve yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131 hizmet bor\u00e7lanma bedellerinin belirlenmesinde br\u00fct asgari \u00fccret tutar\u0131 dikkate al\u0131nmakta.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sosyal g\u00fcvenlik i\u015flemlerine esas asgari g\u00fcnl\u00fck kazan\u00e7 166.80 TL, azami g\u00fcnl\u00fck kazan\u00e7 ise 1.251 TL, ayl\u0131k asgari kazan\u00e7 5.004 TL, ayl\u0131k azami kazan\u00e7 ise 37.530 TL oldu.
