On October 31, the party’s Nature Rights Unit reported the investigations and interviews with citizens in K\u0131rkbulak village, Kemaliye district of Refaiye district, and S\u0131rakonak, G\u00f6zayd\u0131n, A\u011f\u0131l, Dilli villages and \u0130li\u00e7 district of this district. The CHP’s report includes the following allegations in this section; \u201cIn the examinations made on the documents shared with our delegation; Within the scope of the protocol called \u00ab\u00a0Economic Relocation and Livelihood Support Protocol\u00a0\u00bb, 40 thousand TL fuel aid, 50 thousand TL livestock support and 40 thousand TL were given to those residing in Erzincan province \u0130li\u00e7 district Sab\u0131rl\u0131 village before the signing date of the protocol by the miner company. 130 thousand TL of aid was provided, including TL feed support. According to the provisions of the protocol, the residents of the villages who received support have approved the projects related to mining, which are carried out and will continue by the group and affiliated companies of Anagold and Alacer Gold Maden A\u015e, which are currently working and \/ or will work in the future. It is forbidden for those who receive assistance to make any special, administrative and\/or judicial applications other than a real violation of rights. In case of violation of this prohibition, the company will have the right to demand the aid amount of 130 thousand TL, together with interest, back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Article 2.4 of the protocol is as follows; \u201cSupport recipients agree and undertake to provide all kinds of support for the performance of the mining activities of the group and its subsidiaries, in which Anagold and Alacer Gold Madencilik A\u015e are partners\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the report of CHP, it is claimed that the company also donates large amounts to organizations such as Erzincan University and Erzincanspor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A POND IS BUILT TO PROVIDE WATER FOR AKP’S VEKIL’S VILLAGE
