Interior Minister S\u00fcleyman Soylu filed a criminal complaint against Hadi \u00d6z\u0131\u015f\u0131k and S\u00fcleyman \u00d6z\u0131\u015f\u0131k for \u00ab\u00a0insulting\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0slander\u00a0\u00bb and \u00ab\u00a0knowingly and willingly aiding the organization, although it is not included in the hierarchical structure within the organization\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the petition filed by Soylu’s lawyer U\u011fur K\u0131z\u0131lca to the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office, it was reminded that the leader of the organized crime organization, Sedat Peker, had previously filed a criminal complaint and asked to identify the people with whom fugitive Peker collaborated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the petition that Peker published on his social media account on May 18, two videos of his phone call with Hadi \u00d6z\u0131\u015f\u0131k in an effort to dilute the initiated investigations and create public perception in his favor, it was reported that the suspect published the footage to prove the alleged vehicle sent by Soylu. On the other hand, this interview clearly reveals the inability of the suspects and their conspiracies against my client. He has not had a meeting since June 2020. He has not made a request in this direction from Hadi \u00d6z\u0131\u015f\u0131k, however, it is seen in the video that Hadi \u00d6z\u0131\u015f\u0131k uses my client’s name, his acquaintance, and directs the video content. It is understood that members of terrorist organizations, some politicians in cooperation with them, and people in cooperation with the fugitive suspect. He has issued an apology acknowledging that n has been used. However, this statement of apology is not sufficient reason to get rid of the crime we alleged about the suspect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the petition, which was defended that Soylu worked day and night to fulfill all his duties as the Minister of Internal Affairs, it was said that he has recently achieved successful works in Turkey’s domestic and foreign policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the petition, it was noted that \u00ab\u00a0as in the past, the attacks of the internal and external groups, who are disturbed by the serious success in the fight against terrorist organizations, especially against the indivisible integrity of Turkey and the Turkish nation, all other criminal organizations that disturb the peace and tranquility of the nation, and against individual crimes continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
