T\u00fcm \u00c7ed duyurular\u0131 Sermayenin lehine ve \u00e7evrenin aleyhine sonu\u00e7lan\u0131yor g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyor. Bu duyurular\u0131n 872 adedine \u00c7ed gerekli Degil denilerek ekolojik y\u0131k\u0131m\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 1142 adedi ise \u00e7ed S\u00fcreci Ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f denilmektedir. Sadece 16 adedine \u00c7ed Gereklidir denilmi\u015ftir.
