Workers who were members of Genel-İş in the AKP’s Beykoz Municipality were dismissed!
7 workers who were organized in the Genel-İş Union in the AKP’s Beykoz Municipality were dismissed. General-İş Anatolian Side Branch No. 2, of which the workers are members, made a statement in front of the municipality, “Let the dismissed workers be brought back to work”.

Workers who were members of Genel-İş in the AKP’s Beykoz Municipality were dismissed!
Workers fired from AKP Beykoz Municipality for being a member of Genel-İş protested in front of the municipality. The workers stressed that they will not give up their legal rights.
Among the workers who resigned from Hizmet-İş affiliated to Hak-İş and organized in the Genel-İş Union affiliated to DİSK, working in Beykoz Municipality of AKP, 7 workers were dismissed on the grounds of Article 17 of the Labor Law.
Workers who were dismissed for carrying out union work in the municipality protested in front of the AKP’s Beykoz Municipality today.
In the statement made by Genel-İş Istanbul Anatolian Side Branch No. 2, it was said, “We want the whole public to know that we will not give up on the just demands and legal rights of the municipal workers, that we will fight to the end, and that we will not leave a single worker alone.”
The members of the SOL Party, all-Retired Sen Beykoz branch managers and the members of the Workers’ Party of Turkey (TIP) also supported the statement.
