However, laws, especially the Constitution, have regulated mandatory provisions that protect the forest. For some reason, the provisions of the Constitution and the law were not implemented or were followed. By recalling the importance of the forest, of the Constitution and of the laws, let us recall how the forest will be protected, who will intervene in the event of a fire, and the established rules, generally accepted which must be applied in the process until its extinction. . .. It regulates the water cycle, prevents precipitation from floods and landslides, and prevents the region’s temperature from rising or falling. It hosts and protects wildlife.
