MUSNET CRIME (CRIME NOTICED): commit CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY and ECOCRIME (by deliberately causing global-regional ecological pollution through mining activities, violating the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court article 7 / 1 / a-b-d-k; Knowing the possible consequences of their activities in accordance with the principles of “predictability”, causing the explosion of the cyanide pipe on 21.06.2022, causing 210 m3 of poisonous chemical compound with cyanide to mix into the FIRAT river and violating the paragraphs of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court in a way that poisons the entire Middle East geography. COMMITTING ECOCRIME and HUMANITY by starting and/or continuing or contributing to the process that CAUSES DEATH, SURGERY, REPLACEMENT, ILLNESS OF A SECTION OF CIVIL PEOPLE (causing local-global ecological destruction by mining cha) nge by mining facilities; to commit CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY -ECOCIDE causing and/or extending a proceed which is ended/will be ended by massıve death part of the people in the planet- TO COMMIT ECOCIDE AS CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY
EXPLANATION: The activities of the members of the board of directors of SSR Mining, the owner of the Anagold Mining Company, which we have complained about crimes against humanity (See Evidence List-1 / www.ssrmining.com), not only disrupts the local ecosystems, but also poisons Turkey and neighboring countries. The activities of the members of the board of directors of the cyanide gold mining company complained of are in violation of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court art.7 / 1 / a-b-d-k paragraphs. The mining company, which caused the explosion of the cyanide pipe on 21.06.2022, knowing the possible consequences of their activities in accordance with the principles of “precaution” and “predictability” applied in international law, caused the mixing of 210 m3 of toxic cyanide chemical compounds with cyanide in the FIRAT river and poisoned the entire Middle East geography.
