Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, Chairman of the Republican People’s Party, went in front of Sadat’s headquarters, which he described as a “paramilitary institution”, and said that the institution could threaten the security of the upcoming elections.
Sadat had previously come to the fore with the videos of Sedat Peker, who was accused of being the leader of an organized crime organization. Peker claimed that from the 50th minute of his eighth video published on May 30, 2021, Sadat together with him had sent weapons to Syria, and that the weapons were sent to the Al Nusra Organization, the Syrian branch of Al Qaeda.

What is Sadat?
Sadat is a private for-profit military company. According to the information in the Trade Registry Gazette numbered 8015, Sadat (Ulusranlar Savunma Danışmanlık İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş) was established on February 28, 2012. Sadat is a company founded by brigadier General Adnan Tanrıverdi and 22 people, who were retired on the grounds of “reactionary activities” during the February 28 process.
