After CHP leader Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu’s #ManAdası statement, in four of the five separate lawsuits filed by Erdoğan and his relatives, compensation decisions were issued despite the Supreme Court’s reversal decision. In the case, judge Ü.E., who was arrested for FETÖ and returned to duty 93 days later, re-issued Kılıçdaroğlu’s decision to pay compensation.

CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu claimed that President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and his relatives sent money to the Isle of Man, known as a tax haven, at the group meeting in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey in 2017, and also disclosed some documents.
Thereupon, Erdoğan and his relatives filed five separate lawsuits for compensation against Kılıçdaroğlu in four different courts in Istanbul. Kılıçdaroğlu’s defense, Celal Çelik, who resigned and started working as a lawyer in response to the FETÖ structuring in the Supreme Court, drew attention to the fact that the 4 judges dealing with these compensation cases were changed without a HSK decree. Celal Çelik insistently expressed his demand for refusal for all 4 judges at the hearings. However, this rejection of the judge’s demands was not accepted by the judges in question and decisions were made against Kılıçdaroğlu in the cases.
LAWYER ÇELİK: THE COURT OF COURT OVERRUED
Çelik said that he appealed these decisions and that the Istanbul Regional Court of Justice expressed his opinion that the rejection of the judge’s request was not evaluated in two cases. Reminding that this time, however, the judges in the appeal were relocated and the compensation decisions from the local court were approved by the new committee in a short time like a week, Celal Çelik stated that the Supreme Court of Appeals, which they went to, finally overturned the compensation decisions.
After the Supreme Court’s reversal decision, the 4th Civil Court of First Instance, which looked at the file that was returned to the local court, resisted in its previous decisions. It was learned that one case will be heard in December.

I found a document showing that two international companies, both with billions of dollars worth of Turkish contracts in their portfolios, deposited unexplained funds into the number one Swiss account, which Swiss financial authorities have verified as belonging to Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
The first document, approved by the bank’s board of directors, confirms transfers to an account, one from a multinational energy giant and the other from an arms manufacturer – both names withheld.
Second, it confirms that account numbered, totaling $655.76 million as of April 9, 2009, belongs to Erdogan.
